Approved Appraisers
Approved Appraisers identity & stationery system
brief
A real estate appraisal company, wanted to grow their business by taking on a broader range of clientele (real estate agents, banks, lawyers, etc.), without the stodgy attitude. UNIT was solicited to help develop their new logo and stationery system.
solution
UNIT employed the vernacular of the trusted “approved” stamp for instant credibility, but placed it off-kilter – providing a playful, human touch. The stationery system was printed via letterpress, which indented the paper for a tactile representation of the stamp’s seal of approval.
